Avocado, Cucumber, and Grapefruit Salad with Dill
A simple, fresh, summery salad plated artistically to highlight the beauty, colour, and texture of each ingredient.
Ingredients for Avocado, Cucumber, and Grapefruit Salad with Dill
1/2 a pink grapefruit, peeled and sliced thinly
15 thin slices of cucumber
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced into rounds
1/4 cup fresh dill, roughly chopped
1 tbsp. good olive oil
1/2 a lemon
sea salt and black pepper to taste
How to make Avocado, Cucumber, and Grapefruit Salad with Dill
Arrange the avocado, grapefruit, and cucumber on a plate in mixed up layers. Sprinkle the dill evenly on top. Drizzle the olive oil on, then squeeze the juice of half a lemon over top. Season well with sea salt and fresh black pepper. Flaky sea salt and fresh ground black pepper if you have it. Serve immediately.
Serves 1 - 2 as a side
